Mostly Mud....

Windy start to the morning feed which very suddenly turned into torrential rain.
Me and Max also had to drive to anther part of the farm today to feed the cattle, sheep, and treat a ram (James) and ewe (sitting on the back of a quad bike means you get dead muddy). 
It cleared up for the afternoon and I took an extended lunch break and opened some birthday cards and presents (27 - so old!) and did some digging in the veg garden. Then as I was home alone till about 9, I made a massive pancake and drank whiskey then went into Carlisle to meet my housemate after work for a drink.  
Extra is a cake that Susan, who owns the farm, made me!
