Castle Fraser

In Aberdeenshire. A traditional fortified tower house added to and modified over the centuries. Now in the care of The National Trust For Scotland (completely separate organisation from The National Trust although they have a reciprocal agreement where members of one can gain free access to properties managed by the other). Castle Fraser is also where I had my first proper paid employment starting at the age of sixteen, longer ago than I care to think about.
