Pesto pancake

Not my best picture, but whatever, I had a wonderful day at a free festival with good music and theater and I did not want to drag my camera around all day. I had so much fun that I did not miss taking pictures at all. Now I finally understand why one of my friends has creating sounds out of (constructions of) trash as a hobby.

This is a pancake with pesto mixed into the dough. I really liked it, and will probably try to make it some day. I think it will taste good with tomatoes and fresh basil.

One of my friends had a chocolate pancake, which according to her did not tast like chocolat. So I plan to make one that does taste like it. Of course I promise to upload the pictures when I try these two recipes :)
