More sun...a walk in the woods...more birds.  Loved this jay as the reflection of the sun was making his beak look metallic.  He also was watching me carefully...
Yesterday at work, I was called to assist and discovered that three of my students with ASD were in full meltdown mode.  Some days are just like that and why walking in the woods is so therapeutic.
