yum cha...

...with Mum after our Thursday shop and library visit.
Eager for tasty, spicy, heart beatingly delicious taste bud tempters, dim sum ....dim sum means to touch the heart...at Emma's in Vic Park our treat for lunch.


Chinese tea arrived with a plate of pot stickers stuffed with spicy pork`and the dim sum cart stacked with bamboo steamers loaded with pork buns, scallop and shrimp dumplings, pork ribs with black beans, crispy fried squid and yes deep fried chicken feet trundled between tables.
Point, choose and there they are jostling for space on the table nudging bowls of soy sauce and chopped chilli.
Yummmmmm.

And of course, egg custard tarts for pud and extras to take home.
We've learned to order these on arrival because once the day's consignment is sold...there is disappointment!
