Dried Julienne

Went into the garden in the hope of finding Daffodils blooming or any beauty.
I found the Bluebell leaves sprouting out of the ground. See extra.
Then I spotted this which I was told it was called Julienne when I acquired it.
The smell of it when in flower is delightful, but here it is all dried out & the seeds flown in all directions.
