Secret Buddy, day 5.

Ginger and lime cheesecake, with gingernut biscuit base, stem ginger and lime zest.

I really hope my Buddy likes it- I had to be quite sneaky and bring it into work today, giving it to a friend with a fridge in her office to look after. She will give it to her tomorrow.

My gift today was actually one for Islay- a new chew toy and some chews. My Buddy also gave me tomorrow's gift ( a bottle of whisky!)

I have so enjoyed having a secret buddy- everybody in the staff room has been talking about it. It has certainly cheered us all up.
