Derek Rosie

Derek is my cousin Nancy's husband .
Sadly he died very suddenly last week . He was 63 and looking forward to retiring .

His funeral is on Friday , in the village of Keiss where he has lived all his life . He was a kind , gentle soul - a great Dad and he and Nancy had a very strong loving relationship .

I am so sad for Nancy and her grown up children and sorry that I can't be with them - Gertrude will make travel extremely difficult tomorrow.
