Cafe society: inspired by Patti Smith

In Take5 this evening for supper with Roland I was thinking about how Patti Smith wrote lovingly of her favourite cafe in her book M Train which I've just finished, and of the simple yet striking Polaroids which are included in the book. 

It was pretty quiet in there so I got to thinking about how I would feel if Take5 closed.  Then rapidly started thinking about something pleasanter.  And whipped my camera out.  As you do.
