A chocolate donut, the first item of food I've been able to keep down since Friday lunchtime.

Friday being when the onslaught of the virus or infection or whatever became more than evident. As a result, you will notice I've missed, for the first time since 2nd March 2010; a blip. It was a very stressful day, me sick, David sprained his ankle again etc. etc. etc. That's my excuse anyway.
