Hidden Mountains

A very overcast and cold day with showers, brightening ever so slightly in the afternoon.

After Pilates, we went to the Pensionistas Cafe where, along with our coffee (for only 1€), we were given two biscuits each!   Well, she actually gave us three each as they were in a paper doily but I gave her one pack back but she insisted on us having two biscuits each!   It did give us an energy boost to do the shopping.

On our way down the dual carriageway I took this photo on my phone, the clouds were almost obscuring the mountains.

You can also see the gardeners working on the left hand side, chopping down all the Oleander which lines the centre and each side of the roads.
When it is in full bloom it is a wonderful sight.

Also on the left you can see some of the associated companies which work in the Agricultural business.   It is the main source of income in the area.
