Watercolour

Lancaster and Morecambe received their eight (yes eight) refugees this week. I didn't know they were on their way. 
I read in the local paper that they were welcomed at the Friends Meeting House. The readers' reactions were sad indeed:-
"Left wing do-gooders"
"What happened in Cologne will happen here."
etc, etc.

I feel that I'm going to spend the last decades of my life in a right wing world.

The worrying thing about Donald Trump is that he would press the red button.
The even more worrying thing is that there are people out there who would admire him for pressing it.
