Peebles Twilight

I had a bit of a hairy drive to work in the storm this morning. I think a mystery object hit my car windscreen, followed by a loud bang (rather like a balloon popping). I couldn't see exactly what happened because it was dark and the rain was coming down in windy bucket loads. I couldn't find any damage to the car so I don't know exactly what had happened. I was glad when the weather improved and it was even a little light when I got home. There's lots of snow forecast for tomorrow but I don't mind because it's the weekend
