Dinner

Well, yesterday's dinner which included a yummy salad wasn't universally accepted by those who commented. I wonder what the salad/avocado dislikers will think of tonight's offering.

Two of our household have been very much under the weather this week so I made a hearty chicken one-pot dinner which they both loved and ate up.

My opinion? Yuk, not my sort of food I'm afraid. I didn't enjoy it and wished I had been able to enjoy some more avocado.

But I'm glad the others enjoyed it :)
