Pause for no thought

Dw i wedi penderfynu bod rhaid i mi fynd i'r dre unwaith y wythnos - hyd yn oed os dw i ddim eisiau prynu unrhywbeth.  Mwynheais i gerdded trwy'r arcedau cyn Nadolig, ac mae'n esgus da i fynd allan o'r swyddfa. 



Yr wythnos nesa dyn ni'n mewn encil myfyrdod.  Dw i ddim yn siŵr os bydda i'n gallu postio lluniau yn ystod yr wythnos.  Efallai bydda i'n cael nifer o luniau ar ddiwedd yr wythnos.  Yn y cyfamser byddwn ni treulio lot o amser mewn myfyrdod, heb feddwl - efallai.


I've decided that I have to go to town once a week - even if I don't want to buy anything. I enjoyed walking through the arcades before Christmas, and it's a good excuse to get out of the office.

Next week we're in a meditation retreat. I'm not sure if I will be able to post pictures during the week. Maybe I'll have a number of pictures at the end of the week. In the meantime, we will be spending a lot of time in meditation, without thinking - maybe.
