A Different FlowerFriday

Yes they are gone! The big orange flowers all over a 'feature' wall.

Having spent the morning cutting and fitting the blind in the bathroom, We took a break and walked Dog on the beach. The tide was out and it was 'bracing' to say the least. Back home we set to stripping the one wall. I thought it would only take a couple of hours at most, but was so wrong! The orange flowers were vinyl and it took us the rest of the day. We finished around 6 and did briefly think about putting the new paper up, but although that is just what we would have done 30 years ago, in order to finish the job, we thought better of it in our 60s!

As I joined the queue in the local fish and chip shop I realised that the only photos I had taken today were of the now dead wallpaper! So, here is my Flower Friday with a difference!
