Weather beaten

This, I'm ashamed to say, is my hand. It clearly isn't looked after (and neither is the other one!) My thumb is actually falling apart, and very sore! Top tips gratefully received....

A windy day here, but dry (until I finished work). I blew the cobwebs off my bike this afternoon - this 'not running' malarkey isn't much fun, and my heel feels only a little better. I know a run would hurt it. Moan, moan, moan...
