Patience

I jelled today with a lovely lady who when she woke up this morning didn't know who I was and when she went to bed this evening still wouldn't know anything about me, she might remember me when next we meet but I would doubt that.
We had a fabulous? nay, we had a fantastic game of patience. You had to be there to know how it was.
I now know that what ever personal obstacles I have to overcome to be able to do this job, I will overcome them and I will be able to care for these most wonderful people.
I have cried today, and I have learnt, I have learnt loads.
