Late afternoon winter sun on Yosemite Falls

The first day of a short ski trip with soozaday and her son. We used to make this an annual trip with his two kids, but now they have their own lives and are too busy to go with the family. It was a low key, quiet trip this time but thoroughly enjoyable nevertheless — beautiful location, fabulous snow, and great company.
