Preserved Apricots

Busy Saturday. I always like to preserve apricots as do not like tinned ones. I need a lot of fruit as have fruit for breakfast all the year round. With porridge in the winter and muesli etc in the summer.
Today a Central Otago orchardist came over with a truck load of apricots and they were reasonably priced. Am half way through so more to do tomorrow afternoon
