Field work

Michael Palin made another request yesterday for more fieldwork to take place in geography lessons in a speech which was reported in many newspapers. Coincidentally I've spent this morning working on a book on that very subject. Started by referring to this book which is nearly 50 years old and still has a lot of relevance....
