The Acrobat

It's snowing as I write this  - not big fluffy flakes but blowing in the wind wet ones.  It's been threatening for most of the day but it's coming down fast now, although it probably wont' settle.  We hadn't seen many birds today up to about an hour ago when they and the squirrels all seemed to arrive together, I wonder if they knew about the snow.  We'd intended going walking today, but actually we've had a very quiet and uneventful day;  the good thing is that we've enjoyed it -  just been busy doing nothing!
