Tinkering

Busy day, morning spent wallowing in the mud with our chickens and ducks, afternoon a quick spin out in the spitfire. It seems to have a bit of a splutter so need to get that looked at but a gloriously sunny day for a drive which was nice.

My word for today is "basic" which is what this engine compartment is. A few years before this car was born the "basic" computer language was designed (1964 apparently) basic was as far as my computer programming expertise got back in the day! Obviously the word has other meanings, I like a basic life is the phrase for me...
