Seedhead inspired by flying

I saw flying's Sunday Blip and I was inspired to find the beauty in my Winter garden. Surprisingly I came across this seedhead and was able to take a few good photos before the sunlight waned.

First day back at school went fine although it wasn't easy getting up in the dark. Son S woke us at 3am with a bad headache and I didn't fall asleep again. When the alarm went off at five I had just got comfortable and Kiara was cuddled up with me under the blanket again.

Can't wait for Summer!!

EDIT: The school routine doesn't give me enough time to keep up with everybody's Blip journals. When I look at the thumbnails I see that I am far behind. Hope to catch up later before I go to sleep.
