Camp Ward

Northern XC Championships at Witton Park, Blackburn. Snow, hail and LOADS of MUD! They say it's glorious, I'm not so sure, especially after spending an hour #running (in the broadest possible terms) through it in the Men's Senior Race. I'm getting too old for this!!
