For the Birds

This little American Kestrel Falco sparverius, probably a female, was one of a group of birds of prey on exhibit at a fundraising activity benefitting  the Avi-an Reconditioning Center located in Apopka, FL. The first *extra* today is of an European Barn Owl. Both birds suffered trauma and are not able to be released back into the wild. They are members of ARC's traveling educational exhibit. The second *extra*  is a pair of Blue-winged Teals Anas discord. This photo was taken this afternoon at Sweetwater Wetlands Park located here in Gainesville. I found it almost impossible to choose my blip from these three photos. And no one would even help me! haha
