Olympic flame

Big day today when the Olympic torch came to Woodstock. I had arranged to take time off in the afternoon anyway but ended up having the day off as my face had swelled up and I wanted to see the doctor. Turns out its Paroditis (infection of the Parodit gland!)

Anyway dosed up now with pain killers and antibiotics and got up to see the event. Great atmosphere there with the whole community turned out and David Cameron (our MP) and an Olympic Gold medalist in Badmington who came from nearby Bladon. The torch was here and gone in a breath after a very long wait!
