Buoy oh Buoy

Not the most inspiring shot for the 100th.

However, there is a point to consider when looking at this. Clearly the people who live on the second floor are worried about flooding. Either that or they are hoping we will be flooded, at least unto the second floor and then they can moor their boat right up along their balcony using the handy buoy attached to the railings!!
