Mole poblano

Sebastien says that Mole Poblano is still the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area...even if the sauces can be a bit tricky to eat with your hands without making a mess.

He especially liked the queso fundido with mushrooms and the grilled nopales catcus. And the free peaches and apples in crema for dessert. He even liked the mole sauce!
