Shade Lines

We all felt a bit slow today after Miles' party and the energy expenditure. Gina still managed to somehow make it into work for a morning's work on her thesis - never ceases to amaze me that girl!

Miles and I had quite a calm morning playing with his dinosaurs, listening to music and eating some of the left over bacon and eggs from yesterday.

Fellow blippers MrRosewarne and MsMun had kindly invited us over for a delicious lunch and to go over the plans they'd been working on for our house. Miles had a ball meeting the chickens and guinea pigs and playing with the other kids. It's amazing that he's so confident and comfortable with them after only meeting them a couple of times before.  Thanks again for having us over guys!

After a stop at the shops on the way home to stock up for the week, we managed to get Miles into bed by 7 and he conked out almost straight away - the first time he's done that in months. Let's hope that he wakes up well rested tomorrow, for everyone's sake!
