The Launch

The Church held a fundraising launch do today.  We need to raise £285K for the re-ordering and upgrading of the interior of the Church to make it a more usable space for everyone in the Parish, especially the School. 

The project includes new floors, pews, chairs and the addition of heating, a toilet and a servery. 

We did some bell ringing to start proceedings off and I helped Mary and Norma with teas and generally had a good social with everyone.

Mary and I hatched a plan to run a flower and art festival in the Church to raise some money, need to enlist the help of some friends to get that one off the ground!
