Veiled

When we went for breakfast the sun was shining. But by then end of it the mist had settled obscuring most buildings along the canal.
Ten minutes later it had cleared!
We caught the water bus to St Marks and wish we hadn't. It was absolutely mental. It felt like there was a million people crammed into the size of a football pitch!
We got out of there pretty sharpish!
After a rip off lunch we spent the afternoon at Peggy Guggenheim's Museum of Modern Art. An awesome collection. Took lots of blips my favourites being Moore and Picasso. (Oddie snapped every single painting, sculpture!)
We then headed to the ice rink. This time (minus wine) I went on the ice. Blimey, watch out Torville and Dean! At least I managed to stay upright! ) Luckily Oddie had run out of battery as was unable to blip this sorry point in my life!
We're off out now for our last supper before returning to Blighty tomorrow :(
