Derelict Sunday Citroen

The Citroen has been parked in this spot for years, in a part of town we drive by once every few weeks. I don't believe it has moved, irregardless of the fact that the tires do not appear flat. I was prepared to use it for DS and I noticed a newer version parked in back of it, and another rough model parked out of view. I always wondered why there are so few seen in the states so I went to Wikipedia and found one of the largest Wiki entries I have ever seen. And this quote, "Citroën is a global brand except in North America, where the company has not returned since the SM was effectively banned in 1974 for not meeting U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) bumper height regulations."
