As mentioned yesterday....

...and one of two. I made the scrambled egg and oyster mushroom breakfast this morning. Garnished it too! I've not had these mushrooms before and they were interesting. As were the 'others' on the plate (not sure of their name) which left a strong after taste. Mmmmm...?

Today's news.... we have a 'new' car! To be collected on Tuesday. The one which developed big problems three weeks ago was pronounced a write off, so there's been a big hunt on to replace it. Same model but a little younger, and now I can drive again if needs be.
