Contemplation

A busy day. Having prepared the wall on my day off on Friday we set to this morning to hang the new paper. Picture of that another time as I couldn't resist using this.

It rained all morning and around lunchtime the sun suddenly shone through. We dropped the tools and took Dog for a quick walk. I've not seen the light like this on the sea before, it gave it a silvery blue light and this girl was out by the waters edge, just contemplating, while listening to something on her earphones.

Back again and as suddenly as the sun shone, it became overcast again. We got the papering finished and had dinner before settling down to watch Vera.

This morning we heard that Sir Terry Wogan had died. Very sad news, such a great character.
