Blip Bait: Macro View of a Squirrel
It has been a long time since I've done any macro photography and thought I'd try to get some close up shots of my outdoor pets. I placed whole peanuts on the window sill and the squirrels would grab one and take off leaving no time to get a picture.
So I cracked open about 75 of the peanuts and put them in a bowl. Then taped the bowl to the window sill so that the squirrels didn't try to take off with the whole thing. Within an hour, there were two squirrels gobbling up the peanuts Once they got comfortable, I slowly approached the window and started taking pictures.
