Dolly and the pandoro

Lewis and I had this pandoro left over from Christmas! We had been planning to have it after Christmas dinner, but I made gin and tonic cake instead! I really fancied a piece of it this evening, so we opened it, and it was delicious! It has a lemon filling throughout, very tasty!
