Derelict Deco.

This lovely, if rather sad, deco building used to be a lively cafe at the end of 'the morning walk' Three quarters of a mile to the end of the esplanade would be so much nicer with an early morning coffee before the walk back.
It has been empty for over a year and is crying out for a bit of TLC and a terrace up on that roof. It looks out over the sea in a great spot. There is light on the horizon as the word is that someone new is taking it on, so hopefully it will be up and running by the spring. It's sadly missed.
