An amazing morning by the ocean! My son joined us for TaiChi and then he practiced some karate. We had a wonderful morning and nothing tops having such company!

I include an extra that displays nature wonders, before the "Pineaple Express"- A few hours later, the winds were about 22 mph but it seemed stronger at times.
