New Discoveries

We have lived in Zihuatanejo now for over five years. It is not a huge town, so we tend to think we know the good restaurants from the bad and unhesitatingly give recommendations to any who ask. When we go out, we generally head to one of our half dozen favorites. It is nice, then, to once in a while discover a new location that we can add to our list. We ran some errands this evening and decided to stop for a glass of wine. I remembered seeing a new wine shop which is where we went. It turned out it was a restaurant as well, so we decided to try a couple of small dishes. This is my wife's bruschetta (I had vegetarian humus), a very creative, delicious approach to a dish we often enjoyed. Looks like we will be trying Mito for a real dinner sometime soon.
