Let's Go Party!

My mum bought Mr K and me an overnight stay in London for our Christmas present and after swimming this morning we dropped the Little Misses off at Nana and Papa's and jumped on the train.
I've walked 20,735 steps today. And I'm feeling every one of them!!
What a fabulous day we've had!
Too much to possibly write about in detail but so many highlights:
A scrummy brunch at Bill's as soon as we arrived; a sunny walk through Hyde Park, round the Serpentine to Harrods;  a browse through the food courts, the technology department and the toys; dancing in a box with Barbie; a gawp at the fastest car in the world outside the Bugatti shop; the 7/7 memorial in Hyde Park; the memorial to animals involved in wars (They had no choice), tea in Selfridges; a walk through alleys and lanes to Bond Street and on to Leicester Square; Star Wars in full IMAX and 3D glory. With peanut M&Ms! A delicious Thai meal and a walk round Piccadilly Circus to catch the bus to our hotel.
I just about stayed awake to watch Watford beat Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup (woohoo!!) and then fell into an exhausted sleep.
What a fantastic day!
