Eclectic

Busy day. I worked this afternoon with R4 and headphones on to stop interruptions. It didn't work. It took ages to do expenses and by the time I got on to budgets my brain was completely befuddled and I said we were 670,000 overspent, not 6700. Oops.

Then to yoga. Summer hall is a very interesting place. I bumped into Ricky Demarco coming out as I was going in. The yoga is definitely helping my back.

Henry started slightly later than forecast but v is certainly building up now. For me a night in with telly, and work, I'm afraid.
