Evening,
Well apparently were over the worst of the rain......Nothing much exciting happened today
Started Operation Baywatch Body so it's back to the gym and salads for dinner Whoop whoop.

This is taken of the inside the Olympic Park which is now in it's final stages of getting ready, and when I got off the tube I felt like I was the only person not wearing and olympic uniform.
