River

The River Wharfe, just above Burnsall, by the suspension bridge. Last year, it was possible to cross using the stepping stones. This year, not so much.
Taken on a staff walk, where the air was damp and humid but it didn't rain...not really, anyway. The day was notable for discovering irreconcilable differences within the School on the subject of crisps (I'm not sure I'm going to be able to continue to work there, to be honest) and that one of my colleagues is really a fish and chip specialist disguised as a Criminologist. And I'm still not sure who paid for my beer...
