Lodore falls

Grabbed a quick hour to get a leg stretch and blip - walked from Kettlewell car park down to Lodore Falls. Was shocked to see the falls - this photo wouldn't have been possible before the 5th December - at least the top half of this picture would have been trees, with the waterfalls flowing around them - I have remembered them like this as long as I've known them. The floods have removed at least 50 trees from the river and overhanging the river, opening up the falls considerably. Add to that the new rocks that have been moved into the flow and it's a completely different falls to the old version!
