Thank you for your good nice words yesterday. Married to the daughter of my 91 years old mother in law for 41 years has been a pleasure...almost all the time. My mil was 41 years old only when I met her daughter first time 50 years ago. Tells me where I am today and how our lives go. Started the the day after a tiny breakfast, however, by one hour morning spinning and 45 minutes core training. Kicked me down. Gave me a proud good feeling to be younger though, after having taken my shower and combed my hair, ready for the day.
