Golden-olive woodpecker

When we first arrived at the Hotel Atitlan I thought its beautiful botanic gardens might be too manicured for birds.  But I was wrong: I saw four species of hummingbird, four different orioles, three kinds of woodpecker and five American warblers.

And being used to people, they were mostly quite approachable, like this golden-olive woodpecker.
