This blumming book is all I'm hearing about at work in the tea room. As expected from all the ladies the blokes have no clue! Depending who you listen to it is either very tame or quite shocking.

No, I'm not going to read it. I spotted this copy after parking for the gym. I expect the owner could sell this on at the end for a few quid, I've heard it is difficult to get your hands on a copy!
