Baby it's cold outside

It's one of those days that I just can't make my mind up on which photo to pick. Hence the two extras...at the end of the day yesterday, we made our way to Millbrook (See extra for a winter shot of the condo) to spend the weekend upstate. It's lovely as ever. I ended up choosing this picture, because it's such a striking difference with The Netherlands. We drove 40 minutes to the Catskills and found this frozen stream and the view in the extra on our 5 mile hiking loop. And there was hardly anybody else! Amazing...there is just so much empty space in this country...even relatively close to a metropolis with 9 million inhabitants...
