Had a wonderful day. Started out with Yoga this morning, did some alignment breathing and various opening Asnas. Always a way to centre yourself for the start of the week.

Went to Sea life centre with my sister this afternoon, had a fabulous time. What a wonderul place, its been just about on my dorrstep for years and its the first time Ive been. The staff are really good, friendly and extremely knowlegable. Scarborough Sealife centre must be on your list of visits if your in the area.

Took so many pics was stuck to which one to put on, but picked this one as it made me giggle.
